Free Return Policy:

Oh, what if the product does not fit me or I just want to return it?

Simple, just return the item/s. You have 14days to return upon receiving your order.

 

Sounds good, but do I need to pay for returns?

No, returns are free, world-wide.

 

Do I need to mention the reason?

No, you can return, no questions asked. But we work hard to give you the best, mentioning the reason would help us to know if we are doing something wrong & to serve you better. We love to learn from you.

 

Everything is clear, but how can I return?

  • Simple, click on the “Initiate Return” in the footer
  • Enter your Order number / E-Mail
  • Select the items you wish to return & the quantity
  • Select the reason (Optional)
  • We will send you a shipping label
  • Print the prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email
  • Send all items back to us using the label provided

Pack everything including the tags, stickers & stick the shipping label to the package & hand it over to the carrier.

Items must be returned in their original condition with all original labels and tags attached and must not have been worn, washed, damaged, used, or altered. Must be returned in original product packaging.  Let’s respect the time our designers dedicated to creating the garments you love.

Customized or modified items (ex. create your own, or made to order items), gift cards, swimwear, underwear, eyewear, the fragrance is not eligible for an exchange or return under this policy.

 

Please remember, if you are returning multiple items from multiple designers & boutiques you will receive multiple return shipping labels. Please ensure you attach the right label to the right product.

Do you offer an exchange?

Currently, we are unable to offer an exchange service.

Refund Policy:

We will refund you the original price paid, including shipping cost, for the returned item. This may take 5-7 working days after we received your return shipment.  

All returns will be credited to the original purchaser's form of payment. The original purchaser's credit card account will be credited upon the processing of the returned item(s), and the credit should appear on the original purchaser's next bank statement.
