Pre-OrdersPre-Order items would take atleast 2 weeks for the designers to specifically produce for you. We send you an E-Mail once your order is ready for shipment.

We offer free standard shipping on all European designer collections

We offer a flat rate on all your shipments that mean if you order includes items from more than one designer you will pay a flat rate according to the service chosen as below.

We use DHL for all our shipments.

*Delivery time is forecasted from the day carrier picked the order. Please remember Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday will be shipped on Monday. Delivery takes place from Monday to Friday 9 to 17, holidays excluded. Any delays are beyond the control of Romiflo.


We care your time so we ship on DDP(Delivery Duty Paid) terms that mean the final price includes relevant duties & taxes, so you will receive your order faster & no more surprises. Note: If your shipping address is a non European country (see EU country list above ) then you are liable to take care of customs & you would be needing to pay customs duties.

From where do you ship?

All your favourite products in your order will be shipped directly from the designer or the Boutique. If your order has multiple items from different designers & boutiques, you may receive your order in multiple shipments.

How would I know when my order is shipped?

Once the Shipping label is created for your order, you will receive an E-Mail with the tracking number & the carrier for you to check the shipping status of your order.

Please allow at least 48 hours to see the progress of your order.
